Fred witnessed the murder of a Postal Worker, Lee Parker. Fred's involvement led to the capture and conviction of the murderer. Fred's odyssey for this reward, has uncovered massive corruption with the US Attorney General, the Justice Dept., the US Postal Service Inspectors office, and the Inspector General office of the US Congress.
