Fred Mauney attended the Bar forum hosted by the Utah Bar Association at Little America Hotel, Nov 3rd, 2006. He handed out a one page letter with info of corruption involving Judge Noel and the Utah 3rd District Court. Employees of the Bar Association informed Fred that he could not distribute his hand out, even though it involved corruption in the courts. One of the rules of the Bar Association is to enforce the integrity of the courts- go figure?! The Attorneys and Judges that Fred did pass it out to looked like they were going to hyperventilate.<Download fraud_upon_the_court.pdf
